Across the three completed interviews, guest sentiment splits cleanly: two guests reported a strongly positive experience (top-box satisfaction), while one reported a poor experience centered on fruit that was not fresh, off in taste, and not worth the price. Freshness and taste are the pivot points — they track directly with overall satisfaction and with willingness to reorder and recommend.
Guest suggestions for improvement point toward the fruit mix itself: requests to add fruit varieties (blueberries) alongside the freshness and value concerns raised by the dissatisfied guest. As volume grows, freshness consistency and price-to-value perception are the two themes worth watching most closely.
